The Village at Garwood is a new senior housing project, sponsored by the Westfield Senior Citizens Housing Corporation that provides 71 units of affordable, one bedroom apartments to eligible Seniors.

The 83,000 square foot, 3-story housing complex is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a mix of single family and multi-family homes, and within walking distance of most amenities and services. Designed with an attractive townhouse facade, the 72 unit apartment complex includes one unit for a resident manager, 41 parking spaces, an on-site laundry facility, and community room.
