Charleston Place is a community of 84 apartments financed through the USDA Rural Development with project based rental subsidies.  

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements.

 They must be 62 years old or handicapped or disabled and their annual income is less than the annual published federal income limits for Middlesex County for very low income individuals.
