Eleanor Levovitz Senior Citizen Apartment complex building is primarily a Senior Citizen Community designed through the combined efforts of church (The Congregation of the Sons of Israel) and State (U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD-under Section 202/Section 8).

Residency is open to families of up to two persons, one of which is 62 years of age or older, or single persons 62 years or older.

Qualified handicapped/disabled persons (as defined by HUD) regardless of age could qualify.
