24 one-bedroom affordable rental congregate care apartments.
Room rates are based on each room, its amenities, and the income of the prospective resident. Some rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, or both. The Montclair Inn Senior Housing also accepts residents who receive Section 8 Benefits. If you currently receive Section 8 Benefits and would like to discuss residency at the Inn, please contact them. Please note, if you are on the Section 8 waiting list, but have not yet been approved for benefits, the room rates are dependent on the above parameters.
What is included in your monthly rent:
Your private furnished room
A self-serve wholesome breakfast
Lunch and dinner prepared daily by chef
Access to laundry facilities
Cable Television in the common areas
A phone in common areas for occasional use

What is not included in your rent:
Parking: If you plan to bring a car with you, you can rent a parking space for $50 a month
Cable Television or Phone in your room: both must be set up individually if you want them.
Security Deposit: Upon move in, you are required to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent, which will be returned to you if you choose to move, minus fees for any damage to the room or facility.
