New Community Gardens is an 11-story development. It has two elevators, carpeted hallways, laundry, intercom/CCTV system, on-site parking, an on-site social worker and medical care facility, and 24-hr. security.  New Community Gardens provides affordable housing to Seniors.  The rent is subsidized by the government for those who qualify. They charge lower rent for low income persons.
