Red Bank Affordable Housing Corporation

The Red Bank Affordable Housing Corporation (RBAHC) was established for the purpose of developing affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income families in the city of Red Bank.
The basic goal of the RBAHC is to "Build the Community of Red Bank through Affordable Home Ownership".
In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, each applicant must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing.
Income limits are determined by region.
The housing units are located in Region 4, which includes the following counties: Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean.
Income limits can vary from year to year, and depend upon the number of persons in the household.
