Trent Center West Senior Apartments

Trent Center West is a Section 236 building with 246 apartments.

These include one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Approximately half of the apartments have government-aided subsidies to help residents pay rent.

Trent Center West operates a Congregate Housing Services Program (CHSP) which provides meals, housekeeping, personal assistance and case management.

CHSP services are based on a sliding scale fee according to income.

To qualify for a senior living apartment, you must be at least 55 years of age and meet income guidelines.

Trent Center offers three models of apartments to choose from:

Deluxe Efficiency, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom.

Efficiency:

Large living room with dining area and sleeping alcove.

Tile bath with shower.

Ample closets.

One Bedroom:Entrance foyer with large guest closet.

Full kitchen with modern appliances.

Large living room with dining area.

Fully tiled bath with shower.

Spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling closet.

Two Bedroom:

Entrance foyer with guest closet.Modern kitchen with refrigerator and stove.

Large living room with dining area

Two large bedrooms with folding door closets.

Fully tiled bath with shower and linen closet.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
