A.C.R.M.D Lubin Center For Independent Living is a Disabledlow income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). Operated by the Lifespire Organization, the center has a full staff around the clock with caseworkers and other support staff. This is a Section 202 Housing Program for individuals with an intellectual disability, limited income and a critical need for housing and able to live independently and be employed.
