SENIOR HOUSING
PCHC owns and manages four senior housing complexes in the county: Gleneida Court; Gleneida Senior Apartments; Lakeview Senior Apartments and Senior Housing at Mahopac Hills. There are separate income eligibility guidelines for each complex.
Please be advised there are long waiting lists for tenancy at all of the complexes. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants are placed on the appropriate waiting list according to date and time application is received. When applicant comes to the top of the waiting list you will be notified by mail.
