Blueberry Place is a Family Low Rent Public Housing Community operated by the Laconia Housing Authority. The property consists of 35 one and two bedroom , two-level townhouse style apartments in 5 buildings. They are located close to Opechee Park, schools, the  library, lakes and downtown Laconia.These rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements are setby HUD.
