The Mission of the Alliance is to improve the quality of life for all NJ residents by developing and preserving affordable housing, by providing housing education and by helping communities meet their legal and moral housing obligations.
The Affordable HousingAlliance has successfully financed and developed over 380 units throughout Monmouth County with total development costs over$28 million. It maintains a rental portfolio of 362 units in 15 developmentsand has successfully worked with several municipalities to develop a low impactrental option to their affordable housing plans.
