Pear Leaf is a Public Housing Community operated by Greensboro Housing Authority. The community consists of 50 apartments that range in size from One - Four Bedrooms, The Property features anafter-school program on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday that is provided by the Greensboro Education and Development Council. The schools currently zoned for this community are  Hunter Elementary, Jamestown Middle and Smith High School. The rentals here are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD.
