River Birch is a Public Housing Community operated by Greensboro Housing Authority. The community consists of 50 apartments in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The community is currently zoned for the following schoolsGuilford Primary School, Guilford Middle School and Guilford High School. Residents have access to the bus line and shopping is less than 2 miles away. These rentals are income based and there may be a waiting list for them.
