Vespers Senior Apartments

Vespers Apartments are a 28-unit apartment complex located on the Southside of Winston-Salem, NC, in the established Waughtown area.  The one bedroom apartments have a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with closet and bath.  Low Income persons age 62 and older will qualify for these apartments with rent base don income.  Laundry facilities and a community room are available for residents on site.  A part-time Resident Services Coordinator and a Social Activities Coordinator are on staff.  Van transportation is available one day per week for local shopping and activities.  Opened in 1977.
