The location is conveniently located near public transportation, police and fire stations, the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Columbus Metro Parks, hospitals, urgent care centers and Easton Town Center.

Supportive housing is permanent affordable housing rented to people with special needs who are linked to individualized social services. Services available to Dogwood Glen residents include drug and alcohol treatment, case management, vocational rehabilitation, client assistance, rent subsidies and employment assistance. Supportive housing services enable residents with special needs to manage their illness and contribute to the surrounding community.
Program management
CHN owns and manages Dogwood Glen. A part-time resident manager provides general building and resident oversight. CHN provides 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance.
