Clermont Senior Services operates 7 safe and affordable housing complexes for seniors throughout Clermont County. All facilities are similarly designed, offering one-bedroom apartments. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, which is based on 30% of an individual's monthly income. Residents must be age 62 or older and meet eligibility guidelines.
