Cherry Grove offers unit based Section 8 subsidy through HUD.

 The complex consists of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units.

They offer apartments for single persons as well as apartments for persons with handicaps or disabilities.

Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income with an allowance made for utilities paid by the resident.

Water, sewage, and trash removal is included in the rent.

A stove and refrigerator are included as well as central air conditioning.

The 2 and 3-bedroom apartments have washer and dryer hookups.

Laundry facilities are available on site and accessible 24 hours a day.
