 The head of household must be at least 62 years of age or a person who is handicapped or physically disabled.

The rent is subsidized by the government and is based on 30% of Adjusted Monthly Gross Income.  

Canon House is a 104 unit highrise building and is accessible to the Senior Citizens' Center, Post Office, local banks and drugstores.
