The Meadows Apartments for Seniors

The Meadows Apartments offers low income housing to Seniors.

The Meadows Apartments are supported by Sections 202 and 8 of the National Housing Act, which provide reduced rentals to elderly of extremely low and very low incomes.

The complex contains 120 one-bedroom apartments.

All applicants must be 62 years of age or older, or in the case of a married couple, either spouse must be at least 62 or over.

 Handicapped and disabled persons as identified by U.S. Department of HUD may also be eligible.

Individual or family income must be within the prescribed limits established by U.S. Department of HUD.  

Rentals are based upon 30% of monthly income.
