Independence House Erie, inc.
(EIH) currently operates three residential apartments in which people with motor disabilities are equipped with an adaptive system and live independently in a fully accessible apartment with the services of.

All EIH apartments are located in secure buildings and most of them are rented based on Residential and Urban Development Guidelines (HUD) or the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).
All requests are processed on a "First come, first served" waiting list.
The apartments are located near bus stops and shops.

The buildings are all on the same levels and have spacious parking available for residents and visitors alike.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.Call for details.
