Adams County PA Housing Authority

Adams County Housing Authority is committed to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to the residents of Adams County. They also encourage self-sufficiency through various programs including financial counseling and homeownership programs. Adams County Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. This program is income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers and at times the list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

-  Front window is open 11:00 am to 1:00 pm each day.
