The complex is an upstairs and downstairs building consisting of 1-bedroom apartments.

It is equipped with range and refrigerator laundromat provided for tenant use.

Community room for social events is located on the property for residents use.

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income minus a utility allowance. 

All utilities are included in the rent.

A pavilion with a picnic area is available for residents use. 

Telephone and cable are optional.

  The Housing Authority owns and manages Edenburg Court.

There is a waiting list.
