Trehab, a Community Action Agency and Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), is committed to serving communities and partnering with them regarding housing and revitalization efforts. The Housing Program is really a continuum of programs that provide affordable, decent, safe, and innovative housing for area residents. The program endeavors to help communities and low-to-moderate income families through housing revitalization and restoration coupled with community improvement.
With the Homeownership program, downpayment and closing cost assistance may be available to the homeowner depending on their financial situation.
