Oak Leaf Gardens provides affordable housing to individuals and families. The complex offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.  The apartment features include an on-site laundry facility and private parking lots. Residents live in their own maintenance-free apartments, equipped kitchens, carpeted bedrooms. Under HUD guidelines, income-eligible families pay rent based on income. Heat, water and trash are included in the rent.  There is onsite manager, private security and maintenance staff. Also, there is after hours emergency maintenance. 

Oak Leaf Garden is a great community and is located only minutes from downtown, New Castle. It is close to shopping centers include restaurants, grocery and department stores, medical facilities, hair and nail salons. The school bus for elementary and middle schools as well public transportation stops right by the entrance.
