Parker Heights is a low income apartment for Seniors.

The building consists of 27 one-bedroom  affordable housing apartments for limited income individuals, age 62 or older.

Rent is based on income, electric not included, in turn the Housing Authority subtracts a utility allowance from monthly rent calculations.

Resident is also responsible for telephone and cable TV.
