Robert Saligman House for Seniors

Saligman House is a 202/Section 8 HUD subsidized/affordable housing facility in Northeast Philadelphia. Managed by Federation Housing, this 10-story building has 180 residential units, including efficiencies and one-bedroom apartments. 

Saligman North is an addition to the original Saligman House. Construction was completed in 1994 and the addition includes 106 one-bedroom units. 

Residents can enjoy the lobby, social room, library/media room, chapel, and computer center. On-site social workers are available to facilitate access to community services for older adults.
