Beechview Manor Senior Apartments

Beechview Manor, a division of Christian Housing, Inc., is a non-profit corporation that provides safe, affordable, community living for Seniors in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

 The minimum age requirement for residents is 62 years, however those that are wheelchair-bound are eligible to reside at Beechview Manor in the handicapped designated apartments if younger than 62 years of age.

Beechview Manor features a secure 51 apartment unit residential housing facility and is close to many convenient neighborhood amenities.  

It is part of HUD's equal housing program.  

Eight units are efficiency apartments, six units are handicap accessible apartments and the remaining apartments are one bedroom.  

Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with appliances, is cable-ready (residents are responsible for purchasing their own cable connection for TVs or computers), and has forced A/C and Heat.

 Electricity and Water are provided to the residents at Beechview Manor's expense.
