Fairmont Apartments for Seniors

Fairmont Apartments provides affordable housing for Seniors. Residents of Fairmont Apartments must be 62 years of age or older. Residents must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. The rent includes gas, water and sewage.  Small pets are welcome.

Each apartment comes with an equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting and individually controlled heat and air conditioning, emergency pull cords, 24-hour emergency maintenance, controlled-access entry with intercom.
