Forward-Shady Apartments

Forward-Shady Apartments provides affordable housing for Seniors. Residents of Forward-Shady Apartments must be 62 years of age or older and/or adults 18 or older with mobility impairments. Residents must meet eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted income.The complex features 117 apartments with some accessible units.  

Amenities include: On-site Service Coordination and easy access to public transportation right at the door stop. Small pets are welcome. The community also offers abundant resident activities, a library, computer center and more.
