John Paul Plaza is a 9-story building with 69 one-bedroom apartments 7 of which are mobility impaired units. The apartments consist of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, bathroom and private balcony with beautiful views. Each unit features wall-to-wall carpet, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, large storage areas, pantry, linen  closet, emergency pull cord devices in every bedroom and bathroom, an intercom system and secured doors with spring locks and peep holes.  For greater safety and security, the facility is equipped with a closed circuit television for viewing the front and back entrances, automatic sprinkler system and smoke detectors.
