Plum Creek Acres Senior Apartments

Plum Creek Acres provides affordable housing for Seniors. Residents of Plum Creek Acres must be 62 years of age or older and/or adults 18 or older with mobility impairments and need for the unique design features of the units. Residents must meet eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Most utilities are included in the rent. This is an intercom access building with 36 one-bedroom apartments.  

Plum Creek Acres is conveniently situated next to the Plum Senior Center and Library, on-site Service Coordination and active residents.
