Sweetbriar Place Senior Apartments

Sweetbriar Place provides affordable housing for Seniors. Residents of Sweetbriar Place must be 62 years of age or older and/or adults 18 or older with mobility impairments. Residents must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Sweetbriar Place offers studio and one-bedroom apartments. 

Amenities include:  intercom building, with on-site Service Coordination and easy access to public transportation, onsite laundry facility, 24/7 maintenance.  Small pets are welcome.
