The Senior Apartments at the Wyomissing Club provides low income housing for seniors. Federal and state guidelines determine income eligibility, and rent subsidies may be available. Individuals must be 62 years or older, with couples one must be 62 years or older.  Disabled persons eligible regardless of age. The community offers comfortable, secure and affordable accommodations, secured entry into building, individual emergency call system in each apartment, laundry facilities within the apartment building, Resident Council.   

The Senior Apartments at the Wyomissing Club offers 54 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom apartments. Handicap-accessible apartments available. There is a parking garage.  The apartments are furnished with electric range, microwave and refrigerator.  The complex is close to shopping, cultural attractions, transportation and medical services, spacious recreation and community areas. There is an activity room with service kitchen, and scheduled social programs and activities.  Laundry facilities also available.
