United Neighborhood Centers Of Northeastern Pennsylvania

United Neighborhood Centers Of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNCNEPA) assists individuals in maintaining permanent housing.  They also assist individuals with temporary housing and supportive service for families who are involved with Children & Youth Services and trying to reunify with their children that had previously been removed from their home. The objectives of the program include: Secure Safe Affordable Housing.
