Residents of PlumWood must be 18 years of age or older with a verifiable, chronic mental disability.

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent.

With one- and two-bedroom options, PlumWood's apartments include design features for person with dementia or other memory impairments and feature a picnic area and expansive grounds.

Residents feel as if they are living in a park-like setting every day.

Plus, small pets are welcome.
