Midlands Community Development Corporation

The Midlands Community Developments Corporation offers home purchase assistance programs, home buyer education and financial literacy programs, and housing counseling programs.
As part of the Midlands Community Development Corporation housing programmes, they have partnered in the development of a 106 hectare multi-use development called Congaree Pointe.
The development includes residential, commercial and recreational elements.
More than 300 houses are planned in the residential phase.
