San Antonio Housing Authority

San Antonio Housing Authority manages and maintains public housing that has been subsidized, including 61 developments throughout the San Antonio area. These units are currently available for low income individuals, families, seniors, and the disabled. Section 8 Low Income Housing Assistance vouchers are accepted, and there is a waiting list for general application. There are currently openings for those seeking demolition/disposition preferences, involuntary displacement preferences, Section SH Mirasol/ Springview homeownership program preferences, and homeless preferences for families determined as homeless in the City of San Antonio.
