Victoria Plaza Apartments

Victoria Plaza offers housing for the disabled and the elderly, owned and maintained by the San Antonio Housing Authority. This nine-story building includes 185 total units including 16 efficiency units, 16 two-bedroom units, 1 three-bedroom unit, and 152 single-bedroom units. Rent is determined based upon 30% of the adjusted monthly income. Through the SAHA, Victoria Plaza offers residents meals on wheels services, SAHA senior services, SAHA transportation services, a City of San Antonio Nutrition Site, and a regular bible study and bingo group. A Craft room is also provided for resident socialization. The complex is conveniently located near local bus lines.
