Villa Hermosa Apartments

Villa Hermosa offers low income elderly housing, owned and maintained by the San Antonio Housing Authority. Out of the total 66 units available for rent, there are 41 efficiencies, 20 one-bedroom units, and 5 two-bedroom units. Rent is determined based upon 30% of adjusted income. There are elderly and disabled services on-site for resident convenience, HEB grocery shopping pick-up on-site, a monthly health fair, and a vegetable man available every Monday. Security cameras, a community room with TV, VCR, and cable, and a resident computer room are also provided.
