Villa Veramendi Apartments

Villa Veramendi offers family housing, owned and maintained by the San Antonio Housing Authority. The complex consists of three one- and two-story town homes. Rent is determined based upon 30% adjusted income, 10% monthly income, with a $25 minimum rent. Through the SAHA, family self-sufficiency programs, a children's learning center, and resident relations programs are provided. There is a full basketball court, four picnic areas with playgrounds, and professional management and maintenance. Residents pay electricity utilities and SAHA covers water utility expenses.
