Sunrise Metro is a 100 unit complex.

100% LIHTC (tax credit).

Operating subsidies come from a variety of sources including the Department of Veterans Affairs for 20 Grant and per Diem (GPD) units, 64 project-based Section 8 vouchers provided by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City, and the remaining 16 units are funded by HUD-Continuum of Care (CoC).

Residents pay 30% of their income for rent, which covers a small portion of operating costs for the project; need referral from housing authority, only 1 person unit options.

Additional funding is currently received from the Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund.
