Conveniently located on the bus line and near shopping and medical services, Boulevard Apartments offers independent living in spacious one bedroom units in a community environment. Our service coordinator is on staff to assist with the day-to-day needs of our tenants both on-site and in the nearby vicinity. Various in building activities (bingo, potlucks, on-site salon) and off-site outings are available through the efforts of our staff, outreach programs and tenant involvement. Card-operated laundry facilities are located on the premises.
All utilities are included with rent.
Rental RequirementsBoulevard Apartments is a designated HUD elderly complex. If certain income conditions are met, tenants only pay 30% of their income towards rent with the balance being subsidized by the U.S. government.
