5. What should I do after receiving the Section 8 voucher?

Only after attending the Voucher Briefing will you be given the voucher. You should look for housing and landlords that are willing to participate in the program. The landlord should complete the Rental Tenancy Agreement (RTA) that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) provides and return it to HRA through mail, email, fax, or personal delivery.
