3. HARP In Middle Georgia
The City of Columbus and Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity have launched the Homeowner Accessibility Rehabilitation Program (HARP) to help low-income homeowners with critical repairs in Fountain City. Homeowners can get up to $30,000 for repairs. Over 450 applications have been received. In-person appointments started on July 8th, but you can still apply.
