The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHACV) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Low-income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Mountain View Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 13, 2021 at 8:00 am PT, until further notice.

Please note: The apartments are currently under construction in Fillmore, California and scheduled for occupancy in Spring 2022.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Applicants that live, work, or are hired to work in Fillmore.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
