Willow Walk Senior Apartments Senior Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Willow Walk Senior Apartments is closed.

The HASLO last accepted applications for this waiting list from January 25, 2022, until January 27, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Willow Walk Senior Apartments has 39 brand new apartments that will be ready in late spring. Applicants must be 62+ years old on February 1, 2022. According to the HASLO public notice, "If you lack computer access, go to any library. The Nipomo library is located at 918 W. Tefft St., 805-929-3994."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Applications were not provided or accepted in person or by fax, mail, or email.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Anderson resident (8 Points)
• Nipomo resident (4 Points)
• SLO County resident (2 Points)
• Veteran (1 Point)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
