Public Housing Waiting List

The City of Needles Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.


This housing authority offer one big apartment community for families and senior/disabled individuals, located in Needles.


To apply for public housing you can pick up an application by visiting the housing authority located at: 908 Sycamore Dr, Needles, CA 92363, during normal office hours, or you can have one mailed to you by calling 760-326-3222, during normal office hours. Be sure to include copies of birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, any assets, and photo IDs for all adult household members, with your application.


Once you have completed the application it can be mailed or hand delivered to the above address.


This housing authority lists the following preferences that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: local resident, elderly, disabled, employed, or a veteran. They also go by the date and time your application is received.
