Eligibility
The Riverside Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
This Housing Authority has a 90 unit community, with 30 units dedicated to families, and 60 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
The approximate time on the wait list is 2 years.
To apply for public housing you can visit the office located at: 3309 Stanislaus St., Riverbank, CA 95367, or you can have one mailed to you by calling 209-869-4501, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm.
Once you have completed the application, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the above address. Be sure to include copies of birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members, with your application.
