Eligibility

The Butte County Housing Authority (BCHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application online here. Scroll down to the "Public Housing" section, and select the "Public Housing Application" link.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the BCHA at 2039 Forest Ave, Chico, CA 95298.
