The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa (HACCC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at The Terraces Senior Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 22, 2021 until April 1, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Applicants must be 62 years of age or older to apply.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
